Notice Regarding Internal Reporting Procedure and Whistleblower Protection

Bachleda Luxury Properties Sp. z o.o., the owner of:

has implemented an internal reporting procedure and corrective action policy in accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act of June 14, 2023, and the European Parliament Directive of October 23, 2019, on the protection of individuals reporting breaches of Union law.

Below, we provide the key principles and channels for submitting internal reports regarding legal violations within our company.

Scope of Legal Violations Subject to Reporting

Reports of violations should relate to one of the following areas of law:

  • Corruption
  • Public procurement
  • Financial services, products, and markets
  • Anti-money laundering and countering terrorism financing
  • Product safety and compliance
  • Transport safety
  • Environmental protection
  • Radiation and nuclear safety
  • Food and feed safety
  • Animal health and welfare
  • Public health
  • Consumer protection
  • Privacy and personal data protection
  • Cybersecurity (network and information systems security)
  • Financial interests of the State Treasury, local government entities, or the EU
  • Internal EU market regulations, including competition rules and state aid as well as corporate taxation
  • Constitutional freedoms and human rights in relation to public authorities (unrelated to previously mentioned areas).

Internal Reporting Team

The HR Department, located in Kraków at ul. Zwierzyniecka 29/202, is responsible for receiving and handling internal reports. These matters are coordinated and overseen by the General Manager of Bachleda Luxury Hotel, who is available at Pl. Kossaka 6 in Kraków.

Important Note

Whistleblowers are protected, provided they had reasonable grounds to believe the reported information about the legal violation was accurate at the time of reporting and that the information constitutes a legal violation, regardless of whether the investigation confirms the occurrence of the violation.
