has implemented an internal reporting procedure and corrective action policy in accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act of June 14, 2023, and the European Parliament Directive of October 23, 2019, on the protection of individuals reporting breaches of Union law.

The HR Department, located in Kraków at ul. Zwierzyniecka 29/202, is responsible for receiving and handling internal reports. These matters are coordinated and overseen by the General Manager of Bachleda Luxury Hotel, who is available at Pl. Kossaka 6 in Kraków.
Whistleblowers are protected, provided they had reasonable grounds to believe the reported information about the legal violation was accurate at the time of reporting and that the information constitutes a legal violation, regardless of whether the investigation confirms the occurrence of the violation.
