§1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

§2. PERSONAL DATA

In connection with the implementation of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – hereinafter “GDPR”), we inform you that:

We process personal data for the following purposes:

• Performance of a contract or taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),

• Handling inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),

• Handling complaints and claims (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),

• Storing documentation and fulfilling legal obligations of the Data Controller (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR),

• Sending newsletters (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR),

• Monitoring and improving the quality of services – e.g., requesting completion of a survey or answering a few questions regarding service quality (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),

• Displaying personalized commercial information on social networks (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to use our services. When consent is given, it is voluntary and expressed by clicking the checkbox containing the consent terms.

§3. DATA RECIPIENTS

We use the services of software and IT system maintenance companies with which we have concluded appropriate agreements. These agreements include data processing rules and confidentiality provisions. The data is not shared, and none of these companies may process the data in any way other than specified in the agreement. If a company has access to your data, it may only be processed for the purpose of providing services properly.
