At Gavi, we invite you to an elegant New Year’s Eve dinner, where six courses unfold as a culinary journey through the final evening of the year. Each course is accompanied by a carefully curated wine pairing, with an alcohol-free selection also available.

The evening begins with a glass of Prosecco, as candlelight and live music set the mood and invite time to slow down. At midnight, we raise a glass of champagne to welcome the New Year — to new beginnings, meaningful encounters and moments yet to be lived.
