Christmas Eve at Gavi

Christmas Eve at Gavi is an evening to be savoured without hurry. On 24 December, we invite you to a six-course tasting dinner, where the flavours of Polish Christmas traditions meet a contemporary approach to Polish cuisine.

By candlelight, in the elegant setting of Gavi, each course unfolds with flavours familiar from the Polish festive table – from herring and beetroot soup with uszka, to pierogi, cod and duck, ending with a classic apple strudel. The evening may be complemented by a carefully curated wine pairing, designed to subtly enhance the character of each dish and the rhythm of the evening.
