Upon check-in, a deposit for any additional services or damages shall be paid in the form of a pre-authorization on a credit card or in cash in the amount of PLN 1000. The deposit is obligatory.

Full amount of stay is payable in advance at booking time. Lack of guarantee will be taken as resignation and the hotel shall cancel the reservation. The amount due is not refundable, even if the booking is cancelled or modified. In case of no-show, the amount due shall not be returned either and the reservation will be cancelled by the Hotel at 12.00 p.m. on the next day after original check-in date. Payment for a reservation can be made via online link generated by our Front Office team. If you are willing to chose this method, please add the information in the comments regarding the reservation. Generated link will be sent to you via e-mail. The link is valid for 24 hours.
